+Can I book without a Korean phone number or ID?
Yes.
You can complete your booking and entry registration with just your passport name and email address — no Korean phone number or ID required.
+Can I book without a voucher?
Yes.
Just pick a show and book and pay online.
If you received a voucher from a travel agency, you can also book with your code on the show page.
+How do I receive my ticket?
Once your booking is confirmed, bring your passport to the venue box office on the day of the performance to collect your physical ticket.
+Is there a fee if I cancel my booking?
Up to 10 days before the show: Free
9–7 days before the show: 10% fee
6–3 days before the show: 20% fee
2–1 days before the show: 30% fee
Show day (before it starts): 90% fee
After the show starts / no-show: Non-refundable
Within 24 hours of payment (up to 3 days before the show) you can cancel with no fee.
+Where can I check my booking?
If you are signed in, you can find it on My Page.
If you booked as a guest, enter your booking number and email address on the Booking Lookup page.
+Where do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel directly on My Page or on the guest Booking Lookup screen.
The applicable cancellation fee is shown first, and the refund proceeds once you confirm.
+Where do I enter my voucher code?
On the page of the show your voucher is assigned to.
Open the show and enter your code to proceed with your ticket booking.
+How does purchase-proof submission work?
Even without a voucher code, you can submit proof of purchase — such as a receipt or order number — on the show page.
Once approved by an administrator, your booking is confirmed and you will be notified by email.
+Which languages are supported?
Seven languages are supported: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Thai, and Indonesian.
Both the guides and the booking process are available in your chosen language.
